This document sets out the terms for registering as a member and using the bengal wine platform. Please read it in full before registering.
1 General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement governing use of the bengal wine platform and all services under it. By accessing the bengal wine website, creating an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms.
These Terms define the rights and responsibilities of both the operating authority of bengal wine ("Company") and the user ("Member"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are asked to refrain from using this platform.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Users are advised to review the latest Terms on their own initiative.
Important: Members must be at least 21 years old to participate on the bengal wine platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on the bengal wine platform, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh, or use of this platform must be lawful under the laws of your location.
- You must register using your accurate and complete personal information.
- Each person may create only one account.
2.2 Account Verification
After registration, bengal wine may at any time ask a member to submit valid identity documents, proof of address, or payment method documentation for identity verification. The Company reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access until verification is complete.
Registering with false information or operating multiple accounts under the same person may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
2.3 Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their username and password strictly confidential. Any unauthorized access to an account must be reported to the support center immediately. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from third-party access to an account.
3 Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on the bengal wine platform is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). All deposits go through a verification process before being credited to the account.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
The Company reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal requests for verification purposes. If fraudulent activity is suspected, the Company may freeze the account and notify the relevant authorities.
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no separate minimum or maximum limits by payment method for deposits or withdrawals.
3.3 Account Responsibility
Funds held in a member's account do not earn interest. The Company's policy on account balances may apply after extended inactivity. Any disputes can be resolved through the support center.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.2 Ongoing Promotions
bengal wine regularly offers various promotions. Each promotion has its own terms:
- Weekly bengal wine Festival: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x.
- Sunday Special Reward: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x.
- Cricket Field Fun: 75% of deposit on cricket or sports, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x.
- Birthday bengal wine Gift: Once a year for verified members, up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x.
- Refer a Friend and Celebrate: Up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, wagering 12x.
4.3 Bonus Terms
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the Company reserves the right to cancel any bonus and any winnings earned through it.
A bonus is never cash — it only becomes withdrawable as winnings after the specified wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
5 Gaming Policy
5.1 Fair Play
All games on bengal wine operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures every outcome is completely random. Any attempt to manipulate game results or exploit system advantages is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bengal wine platform:
- Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
- Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirement.
- Attempting to access other members' accounts or steal their information.
- Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug for an advantage.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
5.3 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and market. The Company reserves the right to change betting limits at any time and for any member.
5.4 Technical Issues
If a disconnection or technical fault occurs during a game session, the Company will resolve any compensation through investigation. A game session whose result was not recorded will be considered void.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
bengal wine's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Cashback is calculated on the week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.
Members can move up to higher VIP tiers based on active participation. The Company reserves the right to modify VIP terms.
7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Protection
bengal wine believes online gaming is a form of entertainment, and ensuring a safe and responsible experience for members is one of the Company's primary goals. By following the responsible gaming guidelines, we help members make informed decisions.
Members can set their own deposit limits, session time limits, or temporary breaks. If a member feels their gaming habits are getting out of control, they should contact the support center.
Opening an account or using the platform by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. Parents are advised to use parental control software.
8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Account Closure and Termination
9.1 Closure by Member
Any member who wishes to close their account may submit a request to the support center. All active bets must be settled before closure, and any withdrawable balance may be withdrawn.
9.2 Termination by Company
The Company may terminate any account without notice for the following reasons:
- Registration with false information.
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Bonus abuse or collusion.
- Failure to complete account verification.
Funds in a terminated account will be returned or forfeited based on the extent of the Terms violation and the outcome of the investigation.
10 Support and Dispute Resolution

In dispute resolution, the support center conducts the initial investigation. If a member is not satisfied with the Company's decision, they may appeal to progressively higher authorities. Records of all decisions are stored on the Company's servers and serve as the final reference in any dispute.

11 Limitation of Liability
bengal wine provides its services on an "as is" basis. The Company is not liable for:
- Loss of a game session or bet due to internet disconnection.
- Technical issues caused by third-party service providers.
- Account losses resulting from a member's own carelessness or negligence.
- Service disruption during unplanned system maintenance or upgrades.
The Company strives to maintain the highest service standards, but in the event of unforeseen technical issues, there is no obligation to provide financial compensation beyond an apology where prior notice was not possible.
12 Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the bengal wine platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is the Company's intellectual property. Reuse, copying, or distribution of this content without permission is a violation of copyright law.
Third-party games and software are the property of their respective developers, and their terms of use are governed by their own license agreements.
13 Applicable Law
The law applicable to the interpretation of these Terms and the jurisdiction for any dispute resolution will be determined by the Company's registered jurisdiction. The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered authoritative.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect.
